If a dedicated trainer is unavailable, we are also open to considering candidates with **4–5 years of IBP/PPDS experience** who can communicate effectively with clients **Role Responsibilities** * Deliver structured **IBP training programs** in Spanish and English to diverse business units. * Customize training materials to align with **local business practices and cultural nuances**. * Facilitate **workshops** on IBP principles, SAP IBP tools, and change management practices. * Collaborate with stakeholders to **assess training needs** and design targeted learning paths. * Provide **post\-training support, coaching, and feedback sessions**. * Continuously **evaluate and enhance** training content and delivery effectiveness. **Performance Metrics (KPIs)** * **Training Completion Rate:** % of employees completing IBP modules * **Knowledge Retention Score:** Based on pre\- and post\-training assessments * **User Adoption Rate:** % of trained users utilizing IBP tools effectively * **Feedback Rating:** Participant satisfaction score * **Training Impact:** Improvements in planning accuracy, forecasting, and collaboration * **Support Resolution Time:** Average turnaround for resolving post\-training issues **Required Qualifications** * **Fluent in Spanish and English** (spoken and written) * **3\+ years** of experience in IBP training or supply chain planning roles * Strong understanding of **IBP processes, S\&OP**, and **planning tools (preferably SAP IBP)** * Experience in **instructional design** and **adult learning methodologies** * Willingness to **travel** and work onsite at regional locations **Soft Skills** * **Effective Communication:** Clear, engaging, and culturally aware * **Empathy \& Adaptability:** Understand learner challenges and adjust approach * **Facilitation Skills:** Confident in leading interactive sessions * **Problem\-Solving:** Quick and resourceful during training engagements * **Collaboration:** Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills * **Time Management:** Ability to handle multiple sessions and priorities efficiently **Preferred (Not Mandatory)** * Certification in **Supply Chain Management, SAP IBP**, or **Corporate Training** * Experience in **multinational or bilingual work environments** * Familiarity with **digital learning platforms** and **analytics tools** Job Types: Temporary, Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: $366\.06 \- $550\.00 per hour
