**MECHANICAL WORKSHOP ASSISTANT** **1\.\- Requirements:** **Education:** Secondary school studies preferred. **Training:** Conventional and/or CNC machine tools, die manufacturing and maintenance, cutting tool manufacturing and sharpening, measuring instruments. **Skills:** Teamwork and working under pressure, interpersonal skills, knowledge of machining processes, manufacturing cutting tools according to specifications, supporting production operators, gauge manufacturing. **Experience:** 3 years in the position. **2\.\- Objective:** Carry out the manufacturing or adjustment of tooling, adhering to the quality management system and specifically to the quality policy. **3\.\- Functions and Responsibilities:** 1\- Sharpening and machining of tooling and fixtures. 2\- Maintenance of tooling, clamping devices, and machine components. 3\- Participation in continuous improvement.
