Position overview: The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for ensuring system quality through comprehensive automated testing across APIs, UI components, synchronization processes, and non‑functional scenarios. This role will design and build the automation framework from scratch, set technical standards, and embed tests into CI/CD pipelines to serve as quality gates. * Technology stack: Backend: .NET C\# with Entity Framework * Frontend: Angular v4 with Kendo UI * Database: PostgreSQL * Operating System: Windows * PDF Generation: Xfinium library * Responsibilities: Architect, design, and implement a test automation framework from zero for both API and UI layers (Playwright / Selenium / REST clients). * Build and maintain regression test packs and reusable test modules. * Implement automated checks for non‑functional scenarios such as performance, load, and stability. * Ensure framework scalability to support rapid growth of the Form Engine (\~200\+ clinical forms). * Define and manage test data strategies for automated and integrated workflows. * Integrate automated test suites into Azure DevOps pipelines as mandatory quality gates for releases. * Establish continuous quality metrics, dashboards, and KPIs. * Support testing for the real‑time synchronization engine, including: conflict handling, retries, offline/online transitions, data consistency validation. * Collaborate with Product Manager and Tech Lead on release readiness, defect triage, and risk assessment. * Work closely with developers and analysts to ensure clarity, coverage, and traceability. * 3\+ years of QA Automation experience in enterprise environments. * Proven experience designing test automation frameworks and integrating them with CI/CD pipelines. * Strong understanding of enterprise workflows, defect lifecycle management, and test strategies. * Hands‑on experience with Playwright, Selenium, REST API test libraries, or equivalent tools. * Good spoken English. * Nice to have: Experience with Azure DevOps. * Experience with healthcare systems, EMR/EHR workflows, or regulated domains. * Exposure to .NET, Angular, PostgreSQL environments. * Background in testing dynamic form\-driven workflows. * Knowledge of structured healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7\).
