Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is looking for: **Full Stack Developer** **Conversational English required** **Hybrid work arrangement (3 days remote) in GUADALAJARA** **Requirements** * 3–5 years of software development experience. * Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. * Experience with .NET (Core or Framework). * Knowledge of microservice architecture. * JavaScript proficiency for frontend development. * Experience with SQL (queries, modeling, optimization). * Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile methodologies. Responsibilities * Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and/or .NET. * Build and optimize scalable, high-performance microservices. * Implement user interfaces and functionalities using JavaScript and associated frameworks. * Design and manage SQL database queries, models, and procedures. * Participate in the full development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. * Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate solutions and improve existing architecture. * Ensure adherence to best practices in development, versioning, and technical documentation.
