Job Summary: This role involves managing and capturing information in the SAP PM system from inspection and maintenance activities, and digitalizing client deliverables. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and captures information in SAP PM for maintenance and inspection. 2. Creates and tracks work orders in SAP PM. 3. Prepares budgetary data and handles technical closure. **PJP4 de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Data Entry SAP PM in Reynosa, Tamaulipas** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Handling and capturing information in the SAP PM system derived from inspection and maintenance execution activities, and digitalization of client deliverables. Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Metallurgical Engineering or related field (degree and/or professional license), with a minimum of three years of experience in pipeline inspection. * Create and track work orders according to maintenance plans and schedules. * Load volume data into the SAP\-PM system and perform necessary modifications. * Review captured data in the SAP\-PM system regarding operation and maintenance activities of pipeline transportation systems. * Prepare budgetary data and handle technical closure. * Track the work schedule within the SAP\-PM system. * Maintain an organized and accessible database of activities for information retrieval upon any request. * Generate required reports, evidence, and supporting documentation to fulfill service certification requirements for the client. Willingness to relocate. Knowledge of industrial safety standards.
