At **GR8 REAL ESTATE** we're looking for our next **Remote Video Editor**, someone who not only masters editing software but also brings ideas, attitude, and a strong drive to create epic content. **What will you do if you join our team?** * Analyze scripts and interpret the message, objective, and style of each project. * Assemble and edit raw material (video, audio, graphics, photos). * Apply pacing, transitions, effects, and corrections to maintain viewer interest. * Create high-quality **Motion Graphics** animations. * Meet **deadlines** set in the content calendar. * Follow brand **branding, tone, and style** guidelines. * Stay up-to-date with audiovisual trends, effects, styles, and viral formats. * Submit **creative reports** and work closely with the **production manager.** **We are looking for someone who is:** * Young, energetic, and proactive. * Has a portfolio ready to demonstrate creativity, technical skill, and attention to detail. * Loves what they do, has fresh ideas, and wants to grow with a brand that also thinks big. **Essential requirement:** must be able to **issue invoices** (mandatory).
