Position Summary: Develop, implement, and coordinate commercial strategies for SuKarne Stores, ensuring continuous improvement and achievement of sales and profitability objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of growth strategies in volume and customer base. 2. Generation of sales promotion proposals based on market trends. 3. Ensuring compliance with processes, operational standards, and company policies. OBJECTIVE: Develop, implement, and coordinate commercial strategies for SuKarne Stores to ensure continuous operational improvement and contribute to achieving objectives for increasing sales levels and ensuring profitability, as well as compliance with the store channel operational standards defined by the Company. · MAIN ACTIVITIES: Implement growth strategies in volume and customer base jointly with Commercial Division Managers and Cell Leaders to meet the sales budget for strategic product families at TSK. Generate sales promotion proposals aligned with market trends to achieve effectiveness with current customers, product portfolio, and profitability at each TSK. Ensure adherence to processes, operational standards, and policies defined by the Company at TSK, taking corrective and preventive actions to guarantee compliance with established procedures.
