




Job Summary: Coordinate the Agile Release Train (ARTs), managing risks, issues, and continuous improvement to ensure value delivery, optimize value flow, and foster agile practices. Promotion of DevSecOps Practices and Continuous Improvement Objective: Coordinate the assigned Agile Release Train (ART) and support it in risk management, issue resolution, adherence to the agile framework, and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with defined value delivery. • Manage and optimize value flow across associated Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to meet objectives defined in the product model. • Assist teams in defining their goals during quarterly planning (PI Planning), emphasizing 'Pre' and 'Post' events to ensure fulfillment of defined purposes by facilitating required resources and tools for each process stage. • Coordinate scaled events to ensure synchronization across different release trains and track execution of features and enablers. • Provide feedback to improve models, processes, criteria, rules, etc., governing agile practices, supported by a monthly coaching plan for teams and Scrum Masters. • Responsible for generating action plans to resolve bottlenecks identified in the risk and dependency management report derived from consolidated sprint backlogs. • Promote DevSecOps practices using various tools that assess the quality level of agile practice execution across any domain, reinforcing agile values and principles. 6.
