Verification of work progress and quality standards Exhibition Assembly Supervisor Requirements: Education: High school / Technical degree Knowledge of carpentry, drywall installation, painting Willingness to undertake frequent and extended travel, MANDATORY (per diems provided) General Objective of the Position Receive and install exhibition materials and relocations to ensure proper tracking of material inflows and outflows during assembly and dismantling activities at Expansion Stores and Remodeling locations, thereby guaranteeing adherence to established processes and the company’s quality standards. Responsibilities • Carry out assembly and placement activities for exhibition materials during Expansion Store and Remodeling installations, strictly following procedures outlined in the Exhibition and Assembly Manual, aiming to meet required quality standards. • Coordinate unloading of relocation shipments containing exhibition materials, verifying secure and appropriate placement to prevent damage or loss of essential materials during assembly execution. • Perform quantification of received exhibition materials, validating quantities indicated on purchase orders for subsequent system confirmation and inventory registration. • Conduct joint site visits with the Exhibition Resident to review assembly progress at Expansion Stores or Remodeling locations. • Verify that only the necessary reusable materials are retained for remodeling stages and subsequent phases, ensuring remaining materials have been transferred per applicable procedures. • Maintain orderly storage of tools and supplies within the tool chest, along with inventory control, to prevent loss or damage, reduce incident-related expenses, and improve resource administration.
