**Objective of the Home Collection Manager** * As a home collection manager, you are responsible for validating the data of customers applying for credit, as well as arranging payment plans for customers in their first weeks of delay, building long-term relationships with our customers. **Main Responsibilities** * Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and verify the information provided in the application * Understand customer needs to offer them the best solution allowing them to keep their accounts current * Provide service with respect and kindness to our customers * Operate a motorcycle following safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear **Profile** * Completed high school (must possess certificate) * Motorcycle operation (must hold a valid motorcycle driver's license) * Experience in customer service * Good communication skills and teamwork * Ability to operate mobile devices **Employment Offer** * Weekly base salary of $2,800 gross plus weekly commissions * Work schedule from 8:30am to 7:00pm, including 2 hours for lunch and one weekday rest day * Statutory benefits: vacation starting at 12 days per year, annual vacation bonus of 25%, year-end bonus of 15 days per year increasing based on seniority, Sunday premium pay, IMSS, etc. * Discounts at Elektra and other group businesses * Medical expense insurance for motorcycle accidents * Option to purchase the motorcycle at end of its useful life * Life insurance * Career advancement opportunities
