**Job Description** Ensure operational continuity and add value to the company by designing and implementing best practices in Human Resources administration and management, translating HR strategy into business realities with clear roles and professional competence, becoming a partner to leaders within their units, with a customer service focus. **Main Responsibilities** \- Handle Personnel Administration requests (hires, terminations, payroll, IMSS, INFONAVIT) \- Vacancy coverage \- Ensure compliance with safety conditions in the BUs \- Meet customer needs through comprehensive HR support, becoming a strategic partner for each of them \- Strong interpersonal skills to interact, support, and propose solutions at union, external, employee, and executive levels \- High level of service orientation and willingness to travel and support multiple business units \- Business knowledge, as well as HR function expertise, to align HR indicators with business metrics \- Work under pressure while mastering all HR processes, products, and services \- Team collaboration with other advisors and the HR structure to develop proposals and support directors **Required Skills and Knowledge:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree or engineering degree (graduated) * Human Resources strategy for company growth * Resource cost management * Human Resources process administration * Improvement project management * Union management **Required Knowledge:** * Intermediate Excel for data analysis * SAP * Power BI Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Human Resources Manager: 3 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site position
