




Provide operational support in import processes, ensuring timely shipment tracking, proper document integration, and compliance with customs requirements to streamline cargo flow and guarantee efficient operations within the Logistics department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Track international shipments (status, departure and arrival dates). * Request, review, and organize documentation (invoice, packing list, waybills, certificates, etc). * Maintain constant communication with suppliers, customs brokers, and carriers to confirm status. * Notify the Logistics team of any changes, delays, or issues. * Compile digital and physical import files. * Record shipment data in internal systems or formats. * Enter shipment information for reporting purposes. * Monitor key dates: ETA, ETD, clearance, free time, delays. * Assist in tracking permits or regulations when necessary. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or International Business. * 6 months to 2 years of experience in administrative, logistics, or international trade roles. * Experience with customs brokers or import processes is desirable. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills. * Proficiency in email and shipment tracking platforms.
