Lead KAIZEN events and propose key performance indicators **A leading transportation and logistics company is seeking a Process Engineer.** **Job Mission:** To identify, develop, configure, optimize, and manage internal organizational processes to achieve continuous improvement and operational efficiency, thereby supporting the achievement of the group’s strategic objectives. **JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES:** * Identify, develop, and evaluate workflows for necessary processes and propose improvements. * Design and maintain the plant’s current and future Value Stream Maps, incorporating identified improvement plans. * Manage cost and time constraints related to processes. * Ensure and monitor control over the company’s processes to comply with established policies and objectives. * Analyze and document customer complaints to implement corrective and preventive actions aligned with process policies. * Track implementation of generated actions and lead KAIZEN problem-solving events. * Propose key performance indicators for improving process management in coordination with Planning, Control, and Management. **POSITION PROFILE:** * Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field * 2–5 years of experience in quality project management and continuous improvement; knowledge of ISO 9001 standards; experience in audits; ability to set quality objectives and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Age: 28–45 years * Project management based on PMBOK. Lean Manufacturing (desirable). * Engineering and process simulation software. * Time studies. * Process documentation (creation of procedures, forms, records). * Process mapping (development of flowcharts). * Risk analysis (FMEA methodology). * Easy access to Carr.
