




Job Description: Preparation of payroll calculations, including incidents and additional earnings, as well as fulfilling tax obligations such as payroll stamping, calculation of employer and employee social security contributions, and federal, state, or municipal taxes for the payroll department. **Requirements:** Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. **Compliance and Responsibilities:** * Perform salary and wage calculations for employees, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions (IMSS, ISR, etc.). * Ensure tax withholdings and social security contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.) are made in accordance with current legislation. * Generate and deliver payroll slips, ensuring all information is accurate. * Address inquiries, clarifications, and requests related to payroll payments, absences, vacations, leaves, etc. * Monitor and record attendance, overtime, vacations, and absences. * Prepare reports for the company and submit IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN payments. * Maintain the employee database updated with relevant information for payroll processing. **Requirements and Skills:** * Knowledge of Mexican labor laws (Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT) and the ability to apply them correctly. * Proficiency in using payroll systems such as **BM SYSTEMS.** * Ability to work with large volumes of numerical data and maintain proper information control. * Must handle employees' personal and salary information confidentially and professionally. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Professional development program Job type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
