**We are looking for a Human Talent Coordinator:** * At least 3 years of field recruitment experience * Recruitment of administrative and operational profiles (education sector preferred) * Full selection process up to hiring * Extensive use of diverse recruitment sources * Application and interpretation of projective and online psychometric tests * Training group facilitation * File management and control * Ongoing staff support * Availability to travel to Zitácuaro once every two weeks (round trip) and to Guadalajara four days every two months, with travel expenses covered. * Availability to work one day in Seminario and four days in Cacalomacán. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday on-call once every two months, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Position type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
