Position Summary: We are seeking a field collections officer with experience in negotiation, establishing payment commitments, and account recovery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recovery of early and charged-off delinquent accounts 2. Effective negotiation with clients 3. Results-oriented collections approach \*Schedule:\* Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. \*Responsibilities:\* Field collections, client negotiation, establishment of payment commitments, and account recovery : * Completed high school diploma (preferred). * Own a motorcycle or vehicle (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Experience in recovery of early, charged-off, or extrajudicial delinquent accounts (preferred). * Familiarity with the city / Results-focused. : * Base salary of $9,451\.20 per month * Weekly training bonus of $300\.00 MXN (for the first 8 weeks). * Productivity bonus of $3,000 MXN (paid biweekly) for the first 6 months; thereafter, earned monthly upon achieving effective productivity. * Excellent uncapped commission scheme (explained during the second interview with the manager). * Weekly gasoline allowance ($350\.00\) * IMSS (100% contribution from day one). * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, profit sharing, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT). * Enhanced benefits (life insurance, employee loans at preferential rates, uniform).
