We provide specialized engineering services, designing projects for hydraulic, sanitary, stormwater, alternative systems, gas, fire protection, electrical, air conditioning, and specialty systems. **We are seeking: Hydrosanitary Systems Designer (MEP)** **Work Location: Benito Juárez, Mexico City.** **Requirements:** · Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. DEGREE MANDATORY. · Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience developing executive installation projects. · Experience developing vertical residential projects (more than 10 floors and more than 50 units), mixed-use developments, commercial buildings, and urban developments. **Knowledge of:** Regulations: · Mexico City Construction Regulation (R.C.D.F.) and its Technical Norms (N.T.C.) · CONAGUA Standards · IMSS Standards · SACMEX Technical Guide Software: · AutoCAD 2D and 3D · Revit MEP **Responsibilities:** · Design, documentation, and drafting of hydraulic, fire protection, irrigation, stormwater, sanitary, and gas systems using AutoCAD and Revit. · Basic and detailed conceptual engineering. · Project follow-up with clients (reviews and proposals of alternative solutions). · Calculation and specification of hydrosanitary systems (machine rooms, cistern volumes, pump selection based on characteristic curves, pipe specifications, valves, filters, friction loss calculations, etc.). · Preparation and review of calculation reports for hydrosanitary systems, in compliance with regulations, technical guidelines, and mathematical fundamentals. · Coordination and clash detection among engineering disciplines. · Interaction with suppliers, clients, and external consultants to coordinate project execution. · Field surveys and documentation of information for design purposes. **Employment Type:** Full-time, indefinite-term position, direct hiring by the company. **Salary:** $12,000 to $18,000 per month · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM · Office-based (not remote) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Experience: * Hydrosanitary Systems Designer: 2 years (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
