English communication with global teams and clients **ALTEN Mexico** is looking for a highly qualified **Software Tester** to join a strategic project with a client in the **automotive sector**. **Job Profile:** The Software Tester will be responsible for ensuring software quality throughout its lifecycle by planning, executing, and documenting tests, guaranteeing compliance with scope, timelines, and quality standards defined by the client. The position will play a key role in managing and tracking testing activities within an **ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)** environment, as well as in effectively communicating with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders. You will manage day-to-day validation activities, working closely with development, systems, and quality teams in the dynamic automotive sector environment, using **English** as the working language for technical meetings and documentation. **Responsibilities:** * Execute and document **software tests** according to client requirements. * Manage testing activities and defects within **ALM** tools. * Validate software quality throughout its lifecycle. * Collaborate with development and quality teams to resolve incidents. * Participate in technical meetings and project follow-ups in **English**. **Requirements** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics, or related field (recent graduates and professionals with over 5 years’ experience are welcome). * Experience in **software testing** and knowledge of the software development lifecycle. * Proficiency or familiarity with **ALM** tools for test and incident management. * Ability to analyze and execute test cases. * Experience in the **automotive sector** is desirable. * **Advanced English proficiency is mandatory**, for communication with global teams and clients. **Benefits** * Base salary * Major Medical Expense Insurance (includes dental and vision plan) * 15 days bonus * 25% vacation bonus * 12 days of vacation (From the first year) * Social Security * PTU/Profit Sharing
