If you are looking for job stability, a positive work environment, and growth opportunities, this is your chance! **Requirements:** **Education:** Industrial, Civil, Electrical, Mechatronics, Telecommunications Engineering or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in project planning, scheduling, and control within the critical infrastructure sector, preferably in data centers, industrial plants, or electromechanical projects. **Knowledge:** * Construction planning and control. * Development and monitoring of schedules. * Earned Value Methodology (EVM). * Critical Path Method (CPM). * Proficiency in MS Project and advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, macros). * Interpretation of electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings. * Risk management and performance indicator tracking (SPI, CPI, CV, SV). * Basic knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, UPS, generators, and structured cabling. * Familiarity with BIM tools or project control software (Primavera P6, Power BI) is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain the project master schedule, incorporating engineering disciplines, construction, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations. * Monitor and update progress based on field reports, ensuring accuracy in timelines and resource allocation. * Identify the critical path and propose preventive or corrective actions to meet established commitments. * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports (S-Curve, SPI, CPI, PVEVAC, BAC, CV, SV, PV) applying Earned Value Management (EVM). * Coordinate the deliverables matrix with engineering, construction, and specialized vendor teams. **We offer:** * Statutory benefits * Biweekly salary payment * 100% IMSS registration * Professional development Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $24,000.00 \- $27,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
