We are looking for an **ODOO Implementer and Trainer** to support the installation, configuration, and deployment of the ODOO system across the company’s various sales points. The selected candidate will receive direct training from the vendor and will be responsible for training operational and administrative staff, ensuring proper use of the system. **Responsibilities** * Complete the official ODOO training provided by the vendor (50 hours included). * Support the installation and implementation of the ODOO system at sales points. * Train staff on assigned modules. * Develop training manuals and operational manuals. * Provide initial operational support during system rollout. * Resolve basic questions regarding system usage at branches. * Monitor and follow up on correct ERP system usage. **ODOO Modules to Be Implemented** * Inventory * Manufacturing * Point of Sale (POS) * Accounting **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience with ODOO (implementation, support, or development). * Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript. * Experience developing and customizing ODOO modules. * Intermediate computer and digital tools proficiency. * Experience with CRM, administrative systems, or point-of-sale systems. * Willingness to travel. * Preferably own a personal vehicle. * Flexible schedule availability according to implementation needs. * Personal computer equipment. **Desired Profile** * Organized, practical individual with strong learning ability. * Good communication skills and ability to train others. * Operational focus and solution-oriented mindset. * Service attitude and sense of responsibility. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of **$12,000 to $15,000**, depending on experience. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Active participation in the evolution of the company’s ERP system.
