Position Objective Provide an excellent customer experience by selling products and goods on credit to generate long-term relationships. Main Functions Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities of credit, and identify their needs to sell consumer credit. * Promote cross-selling and grow the customer portfolio with quality, creating long-term relationships. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Cambaceo: off-site product promotion. * Clean, organize, and arrange work areas; assist in warehouse organization; support cyclic inventories; place POP materials and labels according to the defined layout. * Follow the customer service process: host role, greeting, advisory, closing, and ensuring the best in-person experience for customers. Laboratory Coordinator
The Position Coordinate laboratory personnel, ensuring follow-up, support, and review of analysts so that product, material, and raw material analyses—as well as associated necessary activities—are conducted on time and in accordance with the required schedule, and are executed, reported, and reviewed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Documentation, and Laboratory regulations and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities Appropriately employ and/or manage the human, material, and financial resources available to the Quality Control laboratory. Ensure that product, material, and raw material analyses are performed on time and correctly, in compliance with scheduling requirements, regulations, and internal procedures. Verify analytical results, ensure their compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide technical support to analysts for resolving physicochemical issues. Develop and update procedures, participate in audits, and ensure data integrity and compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and documentation standards. Conduct investigations of Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), and Out-of-Expectation (OOE) results, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Execute and track corrective and/or preventive actions arising from deviations, OOS and/or OOT results, laboratory events, audit observations, and change control activities. Actively participate in audits and status alignment meetings; meet departmental performance indicators; and lead staff training, including on-the-job training. Requirements: Mandatory Professionals holding bachelor’s degrees in Chemistry-Biology-related fields, such as Pharmaceutical Chemist-Biologist, Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemist, Chemist-Bacteriologist-Parasitologist, Pharmaceutical Engineer, Biology, or related disciplines. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a physical, physicochemical, or chemical Quality Control laboratory, performing laboratory analysis, problem resolution, and leadership duties. Full Job Description The Position Monitor warehouse operations in a timely manner to ensure service delivery to internal and external customers, fully complying with Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental Protection requirements, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as reflected in local and corporate guidelines and applicable national and international regulations. Duties and Responsibilities Properly utilize and/or manage the material and financial resources available to the Central Warehouse. Comply with and verify compliance with procedures related to Good Manufacturing Practices, Warehousing, Health, Safety, Hygiene, and Environmental Protection applicable to assigned activities. Attend training sessions related to responsibilities and duties, including Good Manufacturing Practices, Health, Safety, and Hygiene. Follow up on corrective and/or preventive actions arising from deviations, audit observations, and change control activities. Participate in the development and/or updating of procedures related to assigned activities. Support external and internal audits of the area. Support training and qualification of personnel. Ensure service delivery to internal and external customers through floor presence to proactively identify and correct risks affecting operational continuity. Ensure inventory reliability by monitoring processes and conducting investigations and corrections when necessary. Provide analytical and technical support to operators in problem resolution and follow-up on investigations generated during operations. Review the status of the Warehouse Monitor and types of warehouses in transit to ensure processes and transactions are completed correctly. Coordinate material supply between the Central Warehouse and external warehousing providers. Requirements: Mandatory Professionals holding a degree and professional license in one of the following fields: Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemist-Biologist, Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemist, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
