We are seeking: ***Training Analyst*** Requirements: * Academic background: Administration, Psychology, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency (test required). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of aeronautics is desirable. Main Responsibilities: * Support in identifying training needs. * Develop multimedia and instructional materials to ensure effective information delivery. * Prepare, control, and update documents for registration with AFAC. * Maintain attendance records and keep employee files up to date. * Issue certificates and/or attendance confirmations for conducted courses.
