General Physician (Night Shift)

Job Summary: Provide immediate, safe, and high-quality medical care in emergency situations, ensuring timely evaluation, stabilization, and treatment with a humane and professional approach. Key Responsibilities: 1. Immediate and high-quality medical care in emergency situations. 2. Stabilization of patients with advanced life support (BLS, ACLS, ATLS). 3. Effective coordination with other departments for comprehensive patient management. Provide immediate, safe, and high-quality medical care to patients in emergency situations within the continuous medical care service, ensuring accurate evaluation, stabilization, and timely treatment in accordance with clinical protocols and with a humane, professional, and collaborative approach. • Provide immediate medical care to patients in emergency situations, ensuring a rapid and effective response. • Stabilize patients using resuscitation techniques, trauma management, and advanced life support (BLS, ACLS, ATLS), as required. • Adhere to institutional clinical protocols, including clinical practice guidelines and official regulations. • Accurately and promptly complete clinical records in compliance with internal policies and standards. • Coordinate effectively with nursing, laboratory, radiology, and other departments to ensure comprehensive patient management. • Appropriately refer patients requiring hospitalization, interconsultation, or complementary studies. • Organize consultations and patient flow to minimize patient waiting times. • Maintain empathetic, professional, and service-oriented communication with patients, family members, and healthcare staff. • Fulfill assigned work schedule (24-hour night shifts every 36 hours) and remain available according to operational needs. • Actively participate in training and continuing medical education programs in the field of emergency medicine.
