**What You’ll Do:**
Supervise, direct, coordinate, and plan activities across assigned production lines to ensure product manufacturing meets required objectives on time, with quality and cost efficiency.
**Who We’re Looking For:**
We seek an **organized, responsible, and operationally strong individual**, capable of coordinating teams and ensuring proper production processes — someone focused on order, control, and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Organize, plan, coordinate, and supervise production staff activities and work to ensure all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently per operational procedures and policies, so that products.
* Ensure optimal staffing levels and most efficient organizational structure according to production requirements; establish operator work schedules in alignment with production planning.
* Coordinate with Maintenance to effectively align production activities with both planned and unplanned maintenance.
* Interpret specifications and propose actions/judgments regarding acceptability of in-process production.
* Ensure all work complies with all applicable safety regulations and procedures to prevent/avoid incidents.
* Identify potential hazardous and/or unsafe situations; take appropriate action in case of imminent unsafe conditions.
* Actively contribute to continuous improvement efforts toward achieving goals; lead structured problem-solving teams.
* Ensure a culture of safety, health, and environmental compliance with local regulations and Nutreco standards.
* Report and ensure teams possess required safety knowledge; guarantee employees use appropriate PPE and prioritize safety, health, and environmental practices, adhering to standards and regulations in daily tasks.
**You’ll Also Need:**
**Academic Qualifications:**
* Engineering or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
**Additional Training:**
* **Industrial Safety, Manufacturing Processes,** Six Sigma (preferred),
* Lean Manufacturing (preferred).
* **Experience:**
* 5 years of experience in similar roles.
* Experience coordinating operational staff (preferred).
**Position Conditions:**
* 100% on-site work at the plant.
* Industrial environment adhering to safety and quality standards.
