We invite you to join our team as: PAYROLL SPECIALIST **Responsibilities:** * Calculate and apply payroll earnings, deductions, fees, taxes, and withholdings, including bonuses for all employees, and issue necessary reports. * Send payroll receipts to employees and operations managers, safeguarding supporting documentation for salary payments. * Verify INFONAVIT and FONACOT withholding notices. * Update SUA records. * Download issuances from the IDSE portal. * Reconcile transactions by employer registrations. * Safeguard payroll information in drive storage by legal entity, project, and period. * Manage disabilities from start to finish, verifying correct issuance details, as well as ST\-7\., for payroll processing. * Annual calculation of risk premium. * Calculate earnings, deductions, and employer obligations for salary integration into new projects. * Determine Daily Salary and Contribution Base Salary according to net pay, as well as under applicable schemes. * Manage virtual desktops by legal entity and employer registration. * Monitor renewal and/or creation of digital certificates and private keys for IMSS affiliation transactions. * Follow up on procedures and assigned job duties. * Assist with additional tasks assigned by immediate supervisor. * Comply with TLAMAGA's administrative and operational policies. * Comply with Quality Management System guidelines applicable to their area. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration * Over 23 years of age * Strong sense of responsibility * Minimum verifiable experience of 2 years * Availability of time * Up\-to\-date and valid documentation * Interest in the field * PC and EXCEL proficiency of at least 80% * Customer interaction skills * Valid driver's license **We Offer:** * $17,000\.00 net monthly * IMSS coverage from day one * 15\-day year\-end bonus * Statutory vacation of 12 days * Vacation bonus of 25% * Sunday premium pay * Infonavit * Afore * Fonacot Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday (with availability) Job Type: Full\-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $17,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Possibility of indefinite contract * Company phone Work Location: On\-site position
