Job Description: RG Worldwide is a logistics and customs brokerage company currently seeking personnel for its Customs Operations department. Job Objective: Coordinate air, sea, rail, and land import and export customs clearance, as well as special operations (F4, V1, R1, etc.) and other activities pertaining to customs procedures. Requirements: Minimum bachelor’s degree in International Trade/Business or a related field with specialization in international trade. Minimum one year of verifiable experience in international trade areas such as customs and logistics. Main Responsibilities: Tracking and coordination of import and export customs clearance with customs brokers, shipping lines, airlines, warehouses, terminals, etc. Review of customs entry forms for payment authorization. Generation of reference numbers for each coordinated shipment. Creation of physical and digital files for each completed shipment. Management of payments for revalidation, deconsolidation, etc., with the Administration and Finance Department. Requesting payment of customs duties from the Administration and Finance Department. Coordination of transportation positioning for customs clearance, whether with RG Worldwide’s department, the client’s department, or another party.
