Our team of professionals delivers analysis, automation, modeling, and visualization solutions within a collaborative and dynamic environment. **Job Objective** Provide analytical and operational support through database management, financial and operational data analysis, process automation, and dashboard development—ensuring reliable, timely, and standardized information for decision-making. **Key Responsibilities and Deliverables** **Data \& Analytics** * Administer and maintain operational and financial databases. * Analyze information to generate actionable *insights* supporting operational and financial decisions. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and traceability. * Support basic financial analyses (costs, variances, trends, scenarios). **Dashboards \& Visualization** * Design, develop, and maintain **Power BI** dashboards for operational and financial KPIs. * Translate business requirements into clear, executive-level visualizations. * Provide end-user support for dashboard interpretation and usage. **Automation \& Tools** * Develop and maintain **Power Automate flows** for repetitive operational processes. * Support the development of **Power Apps** for internal solutions. * Participate in improvements and maintenance of models in **Anaplan**, coordinated with process leaders. **Internal Customer Service** * Address internal user requests (operations, finance, leadership). * Provide functional and analytical support related to data, reporting, and tools. * Manage tickets, queries, and improvement requests in a structured and documented manner. **Documentation \& Processes** * Document processes, data flows, models, and automations. * Prepare user guides and basic technical documentation. * Ensure operational continuity through standardization. **Expected Deliverables** * **Power BI** dashboards (operational and financial). * Structured and maintained databases. * Functional and documented **Power Automate flows**. * **Power Apps** supporting internal processes. * Process documentation and user guides. **Requirements** **Requirements** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. **Technical Skills (Skills)** **Required** * **Advanced Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling). * **Power BI**. * **SQL** (basic to intermediate queries). **Desirable / Plus** * **Python** for data analysis. * **Anaplan**. * **Power Apps**. * **Power Automate**. * **Tableau**. **Key Competencies** * Data Analytics \& Insights Generation. * Practical knowledge of Anaplan. * Internal Customer Service. * Ability to document processes. * Analytical and financial thinking. * Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * **Advanced English** (spoken and written). **Experience** * **0–2 years** of experience in roles such as: * + Data analytics. + Operational / financial support. + Business intelligence. + Process automation. * Recent graduates with relevant professional internships are welcome. **Software and Tools** * **Power BI**, **Excel**. * **SQL** (any engine: SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, etc.). * **Power Automate**, **Power Apps**. * **Anaplan** (desirable). * Documentation tools (Confluence, SharePoint, or similar). **Desired Profile** * Proactive, curious, and eager to learn new technologies. * Ability to work collaboratively and in agile environments. * Focus on data quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvement. * Service orientation and clear communication. **Benefits** * Base salary * Major Medical Expense Insurance (including dental and vision plans) * 15-day bonus (aguinaldo) * 25% vacation premium * 12 vacation days (starting from the first year) * Social security * Bi-weekly food vouchers
