




**VACANCY: PROCUREMENT ANALYST IENTC** Telecomunicaciones, a Mexican company specializing in telecommunications infrastructure and solutions. We value teamwork and talent development, fostering a professional and collaborative environment. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure the proper acquisition and management of real estate intended for constructing telecommunications sites, guaranteeing compliance with the company’s legal, technical, and operational guidelines. This includes administration of lease agreements, coordination of procedures with governmental authorities, and management of electricity supply arrangements with CFE, thereby contributing to the orderly, efficient, and sustainable growth of IENTC’s infrastructure. **LOCATION** * Prol. Bernardo Quintana 562, Arboledas, 76140 Santiago de Querétaro, Qro., Mexico. SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday – 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **WE OFFER** * **Gross monthly salary: $16,000.00 to $21,900** * Statutory benefits from day one. * **Subsidized cafeteria: $250 per week (buffet).** * Work tools: laptop, corporate phone line, and corporate email. * **Residential internet after completing 6 months.** * **Transportation routes from various zones.** * Professional growth opportunities within the Operations department. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in procurement processes, contracts, or real estate management. * Prior experience in telecommunications or related industries is desirable. * Drafting and reviewing lease agreements. * Coordination and follow-up with property owners or landlords. * Procedures with CFE and governmental authorities. * Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail). * Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a standard vehicle. **TECHNICAL SKILLS** * Contract drafting and control. * Administrative and documentary tracking. * Basic knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory frameworks. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise and coordinate the real estate acquisition process, as well as the drafting and review of corresponding lease agreements. * Monitor contract compliance and maintain ongoing communication with property owners. * Manage and maintain an up-to-date database of sites. * Thorough understanding of electricity contracting procedures for telecommunications infrastructure with CFE. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and legislation regarding permits issued by governmental authorities. **IENTC Telecomunicaciones is an equal opportunity employer.
