Area: **Collections** **Objective**: Communicate with clients whose payments are about to become due, and assist clients with overdue payments in promptly regularizing their obligations, thereby reducing delinquency and portfolio risk through personalized reminders and agile, empathetic customer service. **Schedule:** WEEK 1: MON–FRI, 3:00 PM–9:00 PM; SATURDAY, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Sunday off. WEEK 2: MON–FRI, 2:00 PM–9:00 PM. Full weekend off.
