We are seeking an Innovation and Product Development Manager at TPE RH S.A. DE C.V. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative products that meet market needs. Your strategic mindset and ability to drive innovation will be key to the success of our projects. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to identify opportunities for product improvement and development. You will oversee projects from conception through to launch, ensuring products meet quality standards and established deadlines. Additionally, you will serve as the liaison between the research and development team and market needs, ensuring our innovations remain at the forefront. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee the complete product lifecycle—from ideation to launch—ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions, including those powered by AI. * Conduct market research, identify trends and customer needs to generate new ideas and opportunities. * Promote and cultivate a culture of creativity and experimentation within the organization to stimulate idea generation and problem-solving. * Establish innovation metrics and tracking mechanisms to evaluate initiative success and optimize product performance. * Implement improvements to existing processes and develop new solutions to enhance efficiency and performance. * Ability to collaborate with and lead diverse teams—including management, engineers, designers, and business units—fostering a culture of creativity and competitive intelligence for the company. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Architecture. * Prior experience of 3–5 years in product management and development roles involving innovation, development, and AI. * Experience in product design, ideation, deployment, maintenance, and evolution—particularly innovation- and AI-driven solutions—in the metal-mechanical, energy, manufacturing, or machinery sectors is essential. * Experience in designing and improving digital 3D manuals within the fields of innovation, development, and AI. **Computer Systems** * Microsoft Office Suite * AI tools for development, design, and innovation * Advanced technical support **Knowledge** Familiarity with emerging AI technologies, tools, and trends—including foundational concepts of machine learning and prompt engineering. **Working Conditions** * Competitive salary expectations * Work schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility. * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Personal accident insurance * Funeral expense coverage.
