**We are looking for an Industrial Mechanical Technician** to join our team and support maintenance, repair, and improvement operations of industrial machinery. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in mechanical maintenance, the ability to diagnose failures and perform efficient repairs, as well as maintain a strong focus on safety and work quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery. * Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out technical repairs. * Assemble, disassemble, adjust, and align parts and equipment. * Operate manual and electric tools for mechanical precision. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards. * Keep records of completed work and report repair needs or spare parts requirements. * Collaborate with production and maintenance departments to optimize equipment performance. * Participate in continuous improvement of mechanical processes and systems. **Requirements** * Technical education in Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance. * Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical transmission systems. * Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals. * Proficiency with measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, torque wrench, etc.). * Availability to work shifts if necessary. * Proactive, responsible attitude, and results-oriented. **We Offer** * Competitive salary according to experience. * Statutory benefits and additional perks. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Ongoing training. * Excellent work environment.
