Support in application deployment and maintenance Job Objective Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Node.js with Express, participating in the creation of REST APIs, PostgreSQL database management, and supporting application deployment, working on-site with the development team. Responsibilities * REST API development and maintenance with Node.js and Express * Design and consumption of backend endpoints * PostgreSQL database management (CRUD operations, relationships, queries) * Backend integration with frontend applications * Implementation of validations, error handling, and basic authentication * Use of Git for version control * Support in application deployment and maintenance * Technical documentation of services and endpoints Technical Requirements * Proficiency in Node.js * Experience with Express.js * PostgreSQL proficiency * JavaScript ES6+ * Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON format * Basic to intermediate Git usage * Fundamental programming logic and data structures Desirable Skills (Plus) * Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) * Deployment of personal or academic projects * Basic knowledge of Docker * JWT-based authentication * Use of ORMs such as Sequelize or Prisma * Basic Linux proficiency Salary: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
