Recruiter: Catalina Mejía **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Administer and ensure **safe working conditions.** * Ensure personnel perform tasks safely, verifying proper use of **PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)** * Ensure personnel comply with **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** and reinforce their correct application. * Issue **disciplinary actions** per the Internal Work Regulations. * Ensure required **documentation** is available for process execution. * Issue and maintain up-to-date **control documentation** according to operations. * Manage procedures for activities and **material handling**. * Perform **TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)** activities, daily and weekly maintenance. * Manage **chemical requirements** necessary for proper process operation. * Coordinate, request, and participate in **solution implementation**. * Provide **necessary resources** to meet department-specific requirements. * Ensure **visual aids**, work instructions, and equipment/machinery checklists are up to date. * Maintain updated inventories of **tools and consumables**. * Monitor achievement of assigned area **KPIs**. * Ensure **continuous process flow**. * Guarantee execution of **production programs**. * Lead, supervise, review, and **train personnel**. * Use of ERP **SAP**. **Profile** ---------- * **Coverage:** **Industrial Engineering or related field.** **Required Experience and Competencies** -------------------------------------- * Experience in forging processes * General knowledge of **SAP**. * Management of **Safety and Quality** in the process. * Use of **problem-solving methods and tools**. * **Production control**. * Teamwork aptitude and communication skills. * Ability to **solve problems**. * Leadership oriented toward **goal achievement**. * **Intermediate English** (desirable).
