Job Summary: The Implementation Advisor supports the implementation process of new payroll accounts and oversees POC activities to enhance customer service. Key Highlights: 1. HSBC Mexico offers career development opportunities for individuals with an excellent service attitude, strong customer interaction skills, a passion for sales, and aspirations to grow within the Commercial area as a Service Executive. **Primary Responsibility:** The Implementation Advisor is fully responsible for supporting the implementation process of new payroll accounts acquired through payroll sales, as well as supervising the activities carried out by each POC nationwide. Additionally, the Advisor conducts corresponding audits of each POC to improve customer service levels and, consequently, payroll file integration. Reports to the Deputy Director of Implementation. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Administration or Finance (in progress or completed), or completed high school diploma. * Familiarity with the Bank’s systems (HOGAN) and HBMX targets. * Proficiency in Excel databases and Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of payroll products. * Basic understanding of credit and deposit policies and regulations (minimum requirements). * Willingness to travel. **Skills:** * Customer orientation. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Teamwork. * Results orientation / Problem-solving. * Adaptability to change. **We Offer:** Direct employment with the Bank.
