Organize learning situations aligned with student profiles and teaching objectives * Design and lead learning situations that activate internal motivation and guide students toward achieving teaching-learning objectives. * Propose activities, working strategies, and forms of participation that foster collaboration, self-organization, and shared leadership. * Promote the use and leveraging of material resources, knowledge, and talents distributed across the group, considering students’ diverse learning styles. * Fulfill formal requirements and documentation needed for educational practice (work plans, concept tracking, grade and assessment reports, written interview reports, work schedules, and formal reports delivered to parents). 2. Prepare a formative work environment that promotes developmental learning. * Organize actions and propose resources so students internalize coexistence norms and established rules. * Enforce regulations and appropriately notify students and parents about consequences resulting from infractions. * Implement actions defined in the Student Follow-up Program. * Observe, monitor, verify, and intervene in students’ learning and development processes. * Implement routines, skills, and working strategies that foster a culture of thinking. * Propose and use instruments and resources enabling learners to monitor their own progress, take responsibility for themselves and their tasks. * Create spaces, situations, and resources that inspire curiosity and a love of learning. 3. Participate in training and personal development processes * Manage personal learning and growth plans by requesting appropriate, timely, and necessary support from the school. * Participate in learning communities and social networks where they find companionship, support, and collaboration to improve performance and transform the context. 4.
