**CNC OPERATOR** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience operating machines and tools. \*\*\*\*\*Availability to rotate shifts every 15 days. \*\*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* Responsible, Punctual \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* Willingness to commute using personal transportation\*\*\*\*\* The company DOES NOT provide any transportation. **WORK SCHEDULE** 1st shift schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday 2nd shift schedule: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Friday. **JOB OBJECTIVE** 1\.\- Operates programming controls by entering programs, tool data, mounting workpieces, locating machine centers, and defining workpiece centers. 2\.\- Mounts tools and sets them up, accounting for corresponding offsets. Runs programs and performs necessary adjustments. 3\.\- Capable of interpreting 2D drawings and generating reports **EXPERIENCE:** **Mandatory: On-machine programming and control operation.** \- Machining of parts \- Measurement of manufactured parts \- Tooling of machinery \- Assembly and adjustment of parts \-**Operation of HAAS machining centers.** \- Fanuc control system (FIDIA is an added advantage) **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Analyze and interpret CNC programs to ensure correct functionality. · Operate CNC controls in manual, semi-automatic, and automatic modes. · Prepare and load raw materials and components into machines. · Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results. · Inspect and measure finished products, comparing them against requirements to determine whether the process has been completed satisfactorily. · Ensure and maintain operational conditions within established tolerances. · Verify that part dimensions comply with specifications using measuring instruments. · Maintain tools, materials, and assigned machines in optimal condition. · Keep the work area clean and organized. · Report any anomalies in parts or the production process. **WE OFFER:** \- Salary commensurate with experience. \- Statutory benefits \- Additional benefits (after 3 months) Permanent employment contract: grocery vouchers, savings fund, 30% vacation bonus, and a 20-day Christmas bonus.
