Comprehensive human resources management Company located at the new central facility seeks: An HR Manager to support the development of a committed workforce within the organization; additionally, this person creates strategies to ensure strong and satisfactory labor relations, working in alignment with established labor policies and the organization’s strategic plan to achieve its objectives. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Accounting, Psychology, or related field Knowledge of: Federal Labor Law, IMSS and INFONAVIT laws, Microsoft Office suite, recruitment and selection, NOM-035, SUA, IDSE, attendance software, SAT platform Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role Responsibilities: 1. Determine personnel requirements within the organization. 2. Recruit and hire the most suitable candidates for the company. 3. Retain and ensure the continued employment of top-performing individuals in the organization. 4. Ensure employees contribute to the company’s objectives. 5. Compensate and reward individuals for their contributions. 6. Enhance staff self-actualization in their work (workplace climate). 7. Recruitment and selection of personnel. 8. IMSS registration and deregistration of employees. 9. Preparation of salary adjustments (bi-monthly). 10. Preparation of personnel files. 11. Preparation of employment contracts. 12. Employee support and assistance. 13. Conflict resolution. 14. Payroll preparation. 15. Recording of incidents (absences, commissions, incentives, deductions, etc.). 16. Preparation of weekly attendance lists. 17. Review of attendance and punctuality for bonus payment (time clock system). 18. Printing of payroll registers and stamping of payroll receipts. 19. Collection of payroll receipt signatures. 20. Preparation of food vouchers (bank transfer). 21. Registration of food voucher cards. 22. Handling auditor inspections. 23. Addressing and following up on IMSS requirements. 24. Monitoring labor lawsuits. 25. Processing labor matters before the Conciliation and Arbitration Board. 26. Recording of incidents (registrations, deregistrations, salary adjustments) in the IDSE system. 27. Preparation of monthly and bi-monthly payments to IMSS and INFONAVIT. 28. Managing the training program approved by Terminal Management. 29. Onboarding of newly hired personnel. 30. Locker assignment and control for personnel. 31. Uniform assignment to personnel. 32. Requesting issuance of employee identification badges. 33. Filing department-related documentation. 34. Coordinating activities with the labor union. 35. Responsible for monitoring compliance with labor regulations (Occupational Health and Safety). 36. Managing employee vacation schedules.
