Your mission will be to attract and select the best talent for assigned vacancies, ensuring quality file preparation and achievement of monthly targets. **Key Responsibilities:** **Full Recruitment Cycle:** Execute the end-to-end recruitment and selection process for assigned vacancies. **Digital Strategy:** Utilize company-provided social media and digital platforms for talent attraction. **Field Recruitment:** Conduct on-site sourcing activities and mass recruitment. **Administrative Management:** File preparation, document validation, and intake control. **Requirements:** * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in recruitment (intermediate/advanced). * Knowledge: Mass and field recruitment, and management of digital sourcing channels. * Skills: Persuasive communication, negotiation, organization, and results orientation. * Profile: Proactive individual with excellent verbal communication skills and customer service orientation. * Base Monthly Salary: $13000 * Statutory benefits from day one. **Tools:** Work uniforms and all necessary digital platforms. **Growth:** Excellent work environment and opportunity for professional development. **Working Hours:** Schedule: Monday to Friday (full-time) and Saturdays (half-day)
