




Job Description: **Job Objective** Remotely supervise and optimize self-service sales and delivery operations through routing and monitoring platforms, ensuring compliance with routes, schedules, and processes, in order to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor assigned routes in real time via monitoring platforms (Simpli Route). * Verify that vehicles are active, online, and following the assigned route. * Check key timepoints such as first contact, meal times, and route checkouts. * Identify, correct, and report deviations or incidents during the workday. * Request evidence (photos, sales receipts, system comments) to validate operations. * Coordinate with Operations, IT, and Fleet departments to address incidents. * Implement engine shutdown in cases of non-compliance or loss of communication, per established guidelines. * Prepare and submit daily progress and compliance reports within scheduled timeframes. * Communicate incidents and status updates via email and WhatsApp groups. **Requirements** * **Education:** Basic education (high school diploma preferred). * **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in logistics routing and monitoring platforms (Simpli Route or similar). * Familiarity with urban and rural routes. * Use of digital tools and reporting systems. * **Experience:** * Tracking and supervising self-service sales and/or delivery routes. * Operational monitoring and incident management. * **Skills:** * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Organization and follow-up. * Ability to work under pressure. **We Offer**: * Job stability. * Professional development and learning opportunities in operations and internal control. * A collaborative work environment.
