This role combines technical execution with failure analysis, client interaction, and participation in improvement and automation initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead execution and debugging of hardware and software server tests * Diagnose complex failures and perform root cause analysis * Provide technical support and handle technical escalations with clients * Develop and improve test scripts and test automation * Validate system configurations (BIOS, BMC, NICs, storage, power) * Generate and review technical reports * Collaborate with internal and global teams * Provide technical support and guidance to less-experienced engineers **Requirements** * Completed degree in Electronics, Systems, Computer Science, or related field * \+2 to 4 years of experience in server testing or validation * Experience with server hardware and testing environments * Knowledge of Linux (basic/intermediate administration) * Knowledge of networking (VLANs, PXE, IPMI/Redfish) * Experience in scripting (Python, Bash or similar) * **Advanced English (MANDATORY, daily use with clients)** **Plus** * Experience in test automation * Experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) * Prior experience interacting with clients * Valid visa and passport **Ideal for you if** * You already have server testing experience and wish to take the next step * You are interested in combining technical troubleshooting with international interaction * You seek a technically challenging environment with real-world challenges and growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to $43,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you hold a valid visa? * Can you commute daily to the Finsa Park in Santa Catarina?
