




Description and details of activities * Production planning and tracking: Develops, adjusts, and updates daily production plans. * ERP and master data management: Manages production data using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to track inventory, work orders, and delivery deadlines. * Analysis and continuous improvement. * Support to master planner. * Sets daily production priorities or updates to the production plan. * Performs monthly leveling of Metal Mechanics work orders. * Updates manufacturing dates. * Provides updates on work orders during SIOP meetings. * Acts as the communication bridge between the corporate planner and the Tijuana metal mechanics plant. * Negotiates delivery dates and lead times with customers. * Ensures material availability. * Collaborates with purchasing, engineering, and other departments to guarantee timely and satisfactory order fulfillment and delivery to customers. * Determines minimum and maximum levels for sub-assemblies. Experience and requirements * Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, International Business. * English 50%. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple work orders. * Effective communication skills. * Problem-solving under pressure. * Leadership and coordination skills. * Production planning and control. * Production order analysis. * Knowledge of ERP systems Oracle/SAP/Syteline (desirable). * Must reside in Tijuana. * Important: Include a recent photograph in your CV and submit it in both English and Spanish.
