CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Description

A telecommunications company is seeking a construction supervisor with field and office work capabilities, experience in erecting isometric infrastructure, problem-solving skills, and decision-making ability. The candidate must be highly organized, prioritize urgent matters, prepare and interpret construction blueprints, demonstrate leadership and teamwork, and strictly adhere to health and safety guidelines. Requirements: * Civil Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Telecommunications Engineering, or Electrical Engineering * Age between 25 and 45 years * Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications or construction * Availability for full-time work and travel Experience in: ❑ Operational experience in personnel supervision. ❑ Experience driving a standard vehicle with a valid driver's license. ❑ No fear of heights or confined spaces. ❑ Knowledge of blueprint interpretation. ❑ Ability to recalculate material quantities. ❑ Enthusiasm for fieldwork. Responsibilities: * Receive and validate documentation from the site manager. * Assign construction tasks to in-house staff or contractors accurately and promptly. * Plan work with staff and clients according to the received project specifications. * Prepare construction commencement annexes and document any deviations identified during planning. * Recalculate material requirements based on planning. * Request authorization from the site manager. * Notify commencement of construction (for in-house staff or contractors, as well as the client), ensuring all required permits are secured. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Saturday, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM * Bi-weekly salary payment * Statutory benefits * Discounts at various companies * Complimentary tools (mobile phone and computer equipment) Work Location: Industrial Zone 23089, La Paz, B.C.S.
