We are looking for talent for the position: **Senior Python BackEnd Developer.** **Experience:** * 7+ years of software development experience with **Python.** * Knowledge of **migrations.** * Experience with **automated testing** and **CI/CD** workflows. * Proficiency in **databases** and cloud technologies (**AWS**). * Knowledge of tools such as **Kubernetes, EKS, Lambda, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB.** * Ability to design resilient components in **distributed systems.** * Experience in **multicultural environments and global teams.** **Desirable:** Previous experience in **financial institutions, banks, or Fintech.** **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable backend services in **Python.** * Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure high-quality deliveries. * Participate in architectural decisions and define technical best practices. * Implement and maintain continuous integration and delivery pipelines (**CI/CD**). * Perform automated tests and contribute to code coverage. * Support **system migration** processes and legacy code refactoring. * Document technical processes, data flows, and architectural decisions. * Communicate effectively in English with global and multicultural teams. **Language:** Advanced conversational English (interacts effectively with international teams). **Work location:** Remote.
