Teamwork in a dynamic environment At MacStore, Apple's #1 distributor, we are looking for: ### **Computer and Telephony Equipment Repair Technician for the branch: MACSTORE GALERÍAS LA PAZ** Requirements: * Completed high school diploma / technical degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in computer and telephony repair. * Passion for customer service and support. * Residency near the work location. Responsibilities: * Provide first- and second-level support to Apple users. * Deliver personalized customer service and issue resolution. * Track completed service requests. * Promote and sell additional services. * Meet performance metrics and key indicators.
