**Job Description** ------------------------- Supervise and evaluate work performed by maintenance technical staff, and in some cases external personnel, as well as oversee requirements and proper functioning of pneumatic and mechanical equipment. Control manual workshop tools inventory, ensure operational availability of equipment from business units entering for predictive, preventive, or corrective maintenance, ensuring units leave for trips under safe operating conditions. Manage technical personnel and washers. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Supervise the correct application of preventive maintenance on units according to requirements and full compliance with maintenance guidelines. 2\. Perform corrective maintenance on units according to reported failures, providing repair follow-up through the maintenance supervisor before releasing units and reporting them to operations. 3\. Timely report the preventive maintenance schedule to the Operations Supervisor so that all corresponding units enter within required timeframes. 4\. Promptly coordinate responses to repair requests or rescue operations due to failures in local or foreign units, effectively coordinating repair processes together with the operations supervisor in communication with the unit operator. 5\. Deliver a monthly report on preventive and corrective maintenance orders, analyzing maintenance effectiveness results. 6\. Maintain absolute order and cleanliness within workshop facilities, effectively controlling tool inventory. 7\. Monitor working hours of technicians and manage personnel shift distribution or rotation. 8\. Record information regarding daily workshop activities, maintaining a log with hours and components used. 9\. Control disposal of liquids and automotive parts in designated areas, ensuring final waste disposal is coordinated with the contracted company. 10\. Timely request spare parts and tools needed to carry out issued service orders from the administrative supervisor. 11\. Efficiently manage inventory of spare parts and supplies used in preventive and corrective servicing of units. 12\.
