**Job Description** ------------------------- Supervise and evaluate work performed by maintenance technical staff, and in some cases external personnel, as well as oversee requirements and proper functioning of pneumatic and mechanical equipment. Control manual workshop tools inventory, ensure operational availability of equipment from business units entering for predictive, preventive, or corrective maintenance, ensuring units leave for trips under safe operating conditions. Manage technical personnel and washers. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- Supervise the correct application of preventive maintenance on units according to requirements and full compliance with maintenance guidelines. 2\. Perform corrective maintenance on units according to reported failures, providing repair follow-up through the maintenance supervisor before releasing units and reporting them to operations. 3\. Timely report the preventive maintenance schedule to the Operations Supervisor so that all corresponding units enter within required timeframes. 4\.
