The main responsibility will be providing the best rental experience to customers by offering all services provided by Localiza&Co. The commission structure is uncapped, meaning the more you sell, the more you earn. Additionally, we have a well-developed growth plan to reward effort, giving you the opportunity to grow professionally with us. **Responsibilities:** * Serve customers from different segments by providing information and presenting contracted terms during car rental contract openings; * Contribute to the agency achieving high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and differentiated service, as well as informing customers about communication channels at the end of every leasing contract; * Contribute to the subsidiary's growth and profitability through rate negotiation at the service desk, as well as offering additional products and collecting reimbursable charges; * Help ensure the subsidiary maintains an appropriate fleet for its rental volume by monitoring daily reservation and vehicle return reports; * Verify that amounts received from car rentals comply with procedures and system release by issuing and reviewing cash closing reports, payment receipts, and cash control. What do we require? * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * High school diploma, incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree. * Basic level of Microsoft Office. * Proactivity and communication skills. * Intermediate English. * Availability of time. * On-site work. * Interpersonal skills. * Negotiation techniques. * Ability to drive, preferably holding a valid driver's license.
