




Join our team as: Help Desk! **Location:** La Paz, B.C.S. **Modality:** On-site | Full-time **Position Objective** Provide **technical support** in the information technology area, delivering **assistance, follow-up, and solutions** to user needs regarding systems and computing equipment, ensuring operational continuity in corporate offices, terminals, point-of-sale locations, and vessels. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in **service desk, user support, fault diagnosis, and ticket management**. * Knowledge of: * Windows, Linux, SQL, networks, and IP telephony. * Basic administration of SAP S/4 HANA (desirable). * Installation, maintenance, and repair of computing equipment. * Availability to travel occasionally. * Must reside in La Paz, B.C.S. **Main Responsibilities** * Handle and follow up on user **support tickets**. * Install, configure, and maintain **computing equipment, servers, and IP telephony**. * Administer and back up **databases and ERP systems**. * Provide basic support for **SAP S/4 HANA** (users and profiles). * Install and maintain **networks and communication links**. * Generate incident reports, statistics, and ticket tracking. **We Offer** * Statutory and additional benefits Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Gym discount * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
