Position Summary: Lead the IT Project Office, ensuring planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects while guaranteeing regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring regulatory compliance (Banxico, SOFIPO) **Position Objective** Lead the IT Project Office, ensuring planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic projects in a cross-functional manner. Ensure traceability, regulatory compliance (Banxico, SOFIPO), technical and functional quality, and alignment with institutional objectives. Act as the liaison between the Systems Directorate, project leaders, and user departments, consolidating methodologies and reports for senior management. **General Scope** * Coordinate project meetings, defining priorities aligned with the strategic plan. * Define and implement project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall). * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across projects. * Supervise project execution and monitoring. * Identify deviations and apply corrective actions. * Consolidate executive reports for senior management. * Validate project closures with complete documentation. * Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain audit evidence. * Manage relationships with external vendors. **Personal Qualities** * Structured and exemplary leadership. * Analytical and control-oriented thinking. * Clear and executive communication. * Results- and value-delivery orientation. * Prioritization and decision-making ability. * Conflict management and negotiation skills. * Discipline, order, and consistency. * Resilience and pressure management. * Continuous improvement mindset. * Cross-functional influence. **Position Profile Requirements** * **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * **Certifications:** * CISA, ISO 20022 (desirable). * **Age:** * 24 to 45 years old. * **Experience:** * 7 years managing technology projects, preferably in the financial sector. **Software and Tools** * **Office Suite:** * Microsoft Office. * **Project Management:** * Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Lean. * **Project Management Tools:** * Jira, MS Project, Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp. * **Infrastructure:** * Infrastructure, systems architecture, databases, and DevOps. **Knowledge** * Technology project management, preferably in the financial sector. * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and cross-functional coordination. * Software implementation, migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects. **Skills and Competencies** * **Results Orientation:** Defines strategic goals and ensures delivery of critical projects. * **Strategic Leadership:** Coordinates multidisciplinary teams and motivates toward shared objectives. * **Effective Communication:** Delivers clear messages to both technical and executive audiences. * **Problem Solving:** Identifies and resolves complex problems creatively and efficiently. * **Time Management:** Prioritizes critical projects and optimally allocates resources. * **Negotiation and Conflict Management:** Achieves agreements with vendors and resolves internal disagreements. * **Adaptability and Resilience:** Adapts to regulatory or technological changes while maintaining effectiveness. **Other Requirements** * Willingness to travel. * Good credit history. **Compensation and Conditions** * **Monthly Salary:** * Gross: $55,371\.10 * Full enrollment in social security. **Note:** **Candidates may be based in CDMX, Monterrey, Guadalajara, or La Paz (preferably)**. **Benefits** * Statutory and additional benefits. * Life insurance. * Personal loan program (subject to tenure). **Working Hours** Monday to Friday.
