**Position Objective:** Develop architectural projects from conceptualization to the delivery of construction drawings, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, aesthetic, and functional guidelines established by the client and the company. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of preliminary designs and architectural design proposals. * Development of architectural drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations, construction details). * Coordination with other disciplines (structures, installations, urban planning, etc.). * Creation of 3D modeling and rendering for presentations. (Essential) * Architectural conceptualization. * Supervision of compliance with local building codes and regulations. * Review of construction drawings and technical documentation for site work. * Attendance at design meetings, client reviews, and site visits when necessary. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture (certified). * **Experience:** 2 to 5 years in architectural project development. * **Technical Skills:** * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop (Essential) * Knowledge of local construction regulations. * Ability to read and interpret multidisciplinary drawings. * **Skills:** * Creativity and spatial synthesis ability. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. **Desirable:** * Familiarity with BIM methodologies. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm * 1-hour lunch break Employment type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
